Right of Withdrawal
If you conclude a consumer distance contract for Klara services, you have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, inform Jasper Zimmerling, Leubnitzer Straße 28, 01069 Dresden, Germany, email jasper@zimmerl.ing, phone +49 176 81222043, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by post or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, Klara reimburses all payments received from you under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. Reimbursement uses the same means of payment as the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur reimbursement fees.
If you expressly requested performance of the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service provided until you communicated your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract, only where the legal requirements for such payment have been met.
Starting to use an ongoing subscription does not by itself waive the withdrawal right. Any early-performance request or legally relevant acknowledgement must be explicit and separate; creating an account or accepting the general terms is not such a request.
